Here is the new and improved Code of Conduct form that accounts for online speech and debate. ALL parents, judges, coaches, and anyone who is attending in any capacity where one interacts with minors, must fill out this form. Please return it as soon as possible in a PDF or .docx, scanned, and emailed in with other required forms to JackHoweMemorial@gmail.com.
