PLEASE FOLLOW directions once you fill out the form. DO not send emails to personally ask if we are hiring. GO through this site only.
There are limited spots please be sure to fill this out ASAP. If paperwork is not received by judges on the assigned date, you may not be considered as a judge.
Please be sure to sign ALL pages where it it located and upload the documents onto ONE .pdf or .doc form to help the processing smoothly on the side of our Fiscal Coordinator.
Make sure all address and bank information is correct. This process could take up to a month to process and be electronically released. Our campus fiscal department working on a severely reduced capacity. The less mistakes made on your forms the better the chances of a speedy payment. If you would like you can offer your rounds on the Hiring Exchange for a faster payment by other schools.
On the Pre-approved Hire letter: you must fill out the specific duties you will preform and the amount agreed upon for hire. ALL forms must be complete by September 10th, 2021. Late forms will result in a delayed payment.
