Audit Procedures

Competitors AND coaches will receive access to primary results (win/loss) after ALL ballots from each preliminary and non-final outround have been entered. Debate final round results will be available to COACHES ONLY starting on Speech weekend and are not to be shared.

Coaches will receive points/ranks and comments and should NOT share these with competitors prior to the end of the tournament.

Protests must be logged with tab staff in writing using the problem reporting form by the coach/adult representative of the school within 30 minutes of the publication of results. If coaches would like to discuss their potential protest prior to formally filing, they must come to the tabroom ASAP to adhere to the 30 minute timeline. Students may still use the form to report Equity issues to the Director of Equity and Inclusion.
