Notes from Coach Harris-Yolanda:

1. Please let your team know that because of our schools carpool system they are NOT to arrive before 3:45pm. I have attached a map for parking to pass along to your team.
2. Our custodial staff has asked me to make sure that you let students know that our school has a strict “no soda/beverages that aren’t water” policy that applies to all carpeted areas of our school.
3. For those that have competitors in IX/DX, the internet permission slip that was sent out on Tuesday must be completed before Friday. Otherwise students will not have access to the internet and won’t be able to properly research.
4. Our school has audio & video recording that will be active during the competition. I understand that this might make some students and judges uncomfortable. Please ensure your team that these are security measures we have put into place and will ONLY access the video & audio in the event our security protocols are triggered.
