Event Description:
Competitors should prepare a short interpretive piece, with a maximum time of 5 minutes. Acceptable Categories are:
- Poetry. Choose a poem or group of poems not written by the competitor and perform it. Use the NSDA Poetry rules.
- Prose. Choose a single piece of prose not written by the competitor and perform it. Use the NSDA Prose rules.
- Storytelling. Choose a story and retell it in 5 minutes or less, with no props. Use the NSDA Storytelling rules.
