Event Description:
a. The material for this monologue may be dramatic in nature and chosen from any play, storybook, book, comic, etc.
b. The length of the monologue should not exceed one minute in length.
c. The director or appropriate adult may prompt the student during their recorded performance if needed.
d. The monologue does not need to be memorized.
e. The student may use a copy of their piece in view of recording if needed.
f. The students will not be judged on the level of the piece that they are performing.
g. Every student will receive an award for participating.
