Event Description:

a. The films shall focus on storytelling using the techniques and tools found in the cinematic arts.

b. Each member school shall be allowed to submit three entries.

c. Each film should be reviewed and monitored by a representative of the school that the students go to before submission into the contest.

d. Adult involvement in the project is limited to on-screen talent and/or behind the scenes in a faculty advisor capacity.

e. Only those films produced during the current school year are admissible. Students may not use previous work to enter for contest.

f. Submitted films must be original works.

g. The administration of the producing school shall assure that the production does not offend the moral standards of the community.

h. Films submitted to the festival shall be previewed and scored by adjudicators. The top 6 entries will be awarded at the contest.

i. This event will be prerecorded and submitted a week before the date of the live competition. Please see above performance dates for each school.

j. The film will not exceed five minutes from beginning to end. This includes end credits.
