Prep

Topic announce will be done outside in a central location as well as be posted on a topic document after announce is read. Students may use the internet to prep and may work with their partner and other members of their team. Coach prep is not allowed. Students must read from their paper notes during the round and should not access their computers, though phones can be used as timers.

Rounds 2 and 5 will feature a resolution from the topic area: US Petroleum Policy

Rules

Jack Howe will be defaulting to CHSSA State rules as of the most recent meeting. Anything outlined on this page that contradicts CHSSA rules will be the established rule. 

Protests

All protests should be brought to Sarah Sherwood in the Parli tab room. All wishing to protest must bring an adult, ideally the coach of record for the team, and be masked AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS! The burden of proof for protests in on the person making the protest. The protesting team/coach needs to supply evidence and the rule broken. Rules/norms from outside organizations will not be considered valid. No team is required to follow any rule that isn't a chssa rule. 

Schedule

We reserve the right to move up rounds on Sunday if able. Updated schedules will be on the live topic document, please check regularly. We will only break 4-2s to elims. No exceptions.
