Novice Policy Info!

Due to demand, we are going to offer a small novice division in policy.  Teams must use the NDCA novice packet. If you don't want to use the packet don't enter the event.  There will be 4 prelim rounds and some out rounds--the number depends on the number of entries.  IF you choose to enter a current debater as a judge in novice they should be a senior debater with 3 years experience.
