Our San Diego State University Forensics Speech and Debate Team cordially invites you to attend the 2025 Gaske Memorial Invitational, a high school speech and debate tournament held October 10–12, 2025. This in-person tournament honors the legacy of Paul Gaske, a champion of educational excellence through speech and debate in Southern California. We are thrilled to welcome you to San Diego State University's beautiful campus for a weekend of competition, learning, and community!

TOC Speech Bid Tournament
We are proud to announce that the 2025 Gaske Memorial Invitational has been approved as an official Tournament of Champions (TOC) Speech Bid Tournament. Students competing in speech events will have the opportunity to earn TOC bids in accordance with TOC rules and bid level requirements.

• Dates: Friday, October 10 – Sunday, October 12, 2025

• Location: San Diego State University (SDSU Campus)

• 5500 Campanile Drive, San Diego, CA 92182

• Entry Cap: 250 total students

• Entry Deadline: Friday, October 2, 2025 at 5:00 PM PST
