Event Description:

We will only allow teams to use evidence and positions from the National Debate Coaches Association 2021-22 Novice Policy evidence packet. You may not change the plan texts or mix and match evidence from different files in the packet to make entirely new positions (DAs, CPs, Ks, and AFFs). We want the novice policy debate experience to be centered around creating engaging debates for the duration of each round. If you need access to the packet there is a download link you should be able to see on the right of your screen, from the main tournament info page. Email with questions.
