Event Description:
A dialogue between characters (from prose or non-fiction or from a play) delivered by two performers from manuscripts using no props or costumes. Students should each embody character/s in stance, gesture, facial expression and vocal quality, striving for natural, realistic and believable portrayals. Offstage focus is to be maintained throughout, and platform movement is to be limited to simple turning or pivoting. Both students should participate in the presentation of brief introductory remarks that, at the least, indicate the work's title and author.
