Event Description:
10 minute speech by a single competitor which is authored and published/performed by a person who is not the competitor. No visual aids permitted. 30 second grace period for going over the 10 minute mark. If the time of the speech is over the grace period, the competitor must not be ranked 1st in the section. Competitors may not time themselves, but may ask and receive time signals from judges.
