Event Description:
1. The purpose of this event is to interpret a child's story book
2. The speaker may be seated or stand and the story is read as if reading to a group of children
3. Speaker should have an introduction (which is included in the time limit)
4. The TIME LIMIT for this event is 6 minutes with a 30 second grace at which time the speaker will be stopped. Speaker is NOT penalized for not finishing the story. Points are determined by performance up to that point. Likewise, speaker is also not penalized for being under 6 minutes
