UPCOMING DEADLINES

3/25/24 Fee waiver requests due

After this date, drops become nonrefundable (including judge hires)

Registration and judge hire fees must be received by this date.

3/29/24 Judge prefs open

All judges must complete judge surveys by this date

3/29/24 Forms for all adult participants due

4/5/24 Judge prefs close

PAST DEADLINES

2/1 Autoqual and regional at large bid acceptances open. Register on Tabroom.com.

2/1 Wildcard at-large applications open.

3/1 Points cutoff for all bids

3/3 Last day for teams to accept autoqual bids.

Last day for teams to accept regional bids by registering on tabroom.

Last day to apply for wildcard at-large bids by completing the application.

Wildcard at-large bids must be accepted within 24 hours after notification

3/15/24 Last day for competitors to upload release/Code of Conduct (will be posted soon)

Last day to receive school confirmation after submitting school form

Last day for school membership registration

3/20/24 Hired judge requests due

Last day to register judges (one per team entered)
