Hotel Information

We are using a new hotel this year, the Embassy Suites Lexington, which is a very lovely property.  It is entirely suites, which means you can sleep up to 6 people per room, if you book early enough to get rooms with 2 queens.  The rooms with King beds still will sleep 4 though, which is great.  The rate also includes free breakfast for everyone in the morning.  Wireless internet and parking are complementary at the hotel.

We also have an overflow hotel set up, which is across the street from the Embassy, the Clarion Hotel Lexington. The rate is $89/night, good until November 22. 1950 Newtown Pike, Lexington KY, (859) 233-0512.  They also offer complimentary breakfast, wifi, and parking.

The best way to find alternate hotel space is on a third-party travel website like Orbitz or Priceline.  We recommend that you map out any alternative hotel so that you know how far from campus you will be staying.
