Schools with a disproportionate amount of entries in one area may have their judges moved to other categories.  Schools with judges who miss assignments and cannot be reached will be fined $40 per round of all the events if they are not in the room 10 minutes before the event starts time.   We will do everything in our power to reach your judges to get them to report before we fine and replace them.  Missing judges' fees will be calculated at $100 for speech and congress judges, and $200 for debate judges for any missing or partial missing commitment.  

 

QUALIFIED Varsity members with at least 2 years of experience in an event are allowed to cover judging obligations in novice events. They may only judge the event(s) that they had experience in.
