Hired judges at our tournament MUST complete the Plano ISD contractor paperwork and be approved. 

-If you are already an approved contractor with Plano ISD, which would include our hired judges from last year, you will only need to fill out a quick form online. 

-If you are not an approved contractor, then you will need to go through Plano's safety and security process to be hired. This will involve fingerprinting and a criminal background check. It is imperative that you apply to judge as soon as possible if this is your situation so we can get you approved before the contest.

Balloting, for ALL events, will be electronic. Judges are expected to bring technology to be able to judge the rounds and submit ballots.
