School Authorization Form

All schools must turn in a School Authorization Form prior to registration on Wednesday, March 30. To access the form, coaches must:
1. log in to tabroom
2. click on school's registration for the State Tournament
3. click on the "General" tab
4. find the section on the right of the screen for School Forms and click on arrow to download form
5. print and fill out, including a principal's signature
6. scan and upload an electronic copy (by returning to the same place from where you downloaded the form and choose "upload")
