Tournament Information

Location: Lake Creek High School (20639 FM 2854 Rd. Montgomery, TX 77316)

Hotels: There are many hotel options located in Montgomery or Conroe that are roughly 20-25 minutes away from the school. If you need assistance with finding accommodations, please email Marissa Peña at marissa.pena@misd.org

Payment of Fees: Schools should bring a check payable to Lake Creek High School UIL in order to cover all fees.  If you are not able to have a check prepared in time, please have a proof of payment and leave a copy with the registration table. All accounts must be paid in full within 30 days. All delinquent accounts are subject to a $100 fee.

Student Behavior: All competitors and visitors are held to the standards of conduct with Montgomery Independent School District.  A coach or sponsor from every school must be on campus at all times while their students are present at Lake Creek High School.  Parents/Guardians may attend the tournament with (and be responsible for) their child(ren) if a school representative is unavailable. Please contact Marissa Peña if this is your circumstance. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in forfeiting the school from competition.

Hospitality/Concessions: During the tournament we will provide a hospitality room for coaches and judges and a concession stand for competitors.  Schools are free to bring their own food or (if time permits) leave campus for lunch. Please keep in mind that there are limited options nearby. All schools are asked to clean up all trash in tournament common areas. A concession stand will be available for students as well.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will food & drink be permitted in any competition rooms
