Congress Legislation: The legislation packet is new for this tournament

All other debates will be using the current topics for November/December 2021:

Policy: Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its protection of water resources in the United States.

Policy teams should be using the NDCA Policy packet and may be using any materials from folders 1-4 (Affirmatives, Case Negatives, Disadvantages, and Counterplans), but not materials in other folders.

LD: Resolved: A just government ought to recognize an unconditional right of workers to strike.

PF: Resolved: Increased United States federal regulation of cryptocurrency transactions and/or assets will produce more benefits than harms.
