2021 — NSDA Campus, NV/US

COVID-19 Health Check Protocols

All CCSD Coaches must check-in on eMocha prior to arriving at the tournament. Coaches who do not receive clearance to be on campus via their eMocha check-in must communicate to the tournament director via GDSDA Slack the identity of another designated school employee who has received eMocha clearance who will accompany their students or drop their entries.

All Judges and non-CCSD Coaches must complete the GDSDA required health check available at this link prior to arriving at the tournament. If a Judge is a CCSD employee, they may choose to use eMocha for their health check and show their badge to the Judges' Room personnel. If non-CCSD Coaches are unable to answer "No" to all questions, they must communicate to the tournament director via GDSDA Slack the identity of a new supervising school representative who will be present at the tournament with their students or drop their entries.

All students, CCSD and non-CCSD, must complete the GDSDA required health check available at this link prior to arriving at the tournament. If a student is unable to answer "No" to all questions, they must stay home. They are responsible for communicating their dropped status to their coach.

All coaches will health screen all attending students in their designated Squad Rooms upon arrival to provide a second layer of protection, asking the questions on Page 3 of the CCSD Athletics and Activities Consent, Waiver, and Release Agreement. Any student who answers any question with "Yes" must be isolated from the team immediately and sent home. Coaches will immediately contact the tournament director via GDSDA Slack to convey the drop and their school's administration so that appropriate contact tracing can commence.

Any coach who knowingly allows an adult or student who answered "Yes" to any health check question to remain on campus will be reported to CCSD District Activities and their administration so that contact tracing can commence.
