  1. Select the “EPS - Portal” wifi network on their device

  2. Select “Edmond Guest Registration”

  3. Complete three required fields, accept the terms of use, and click register. Ms. Nichol’s name can be difficult to find; either type “Sara K.” or any variation, and it should pop up.

  4. There will be a waiting confirmation screen after this step. Stay on it until you see the “Log On” option pop up, and you’re done!

PLEASE NOTE - All Debate will be using the January/February topic.

Ballots/Technology

We will be utilizing online balloting through Tabroom. Please make sure all your judges are set up on Tabroom and that everyone brings a device (computer, tablet, phone, etc.) on which to enter ballots.

Judges

Judging Requirements adhere to OSSAA rules. Please ensure that you indicate conflicts or gaps in your judges availability on your judging notes. If you need help with this, please email me!

Any school who fails to meet their required judge burden may be asked to trim entries in order to reflect the judges they are bringing.

Food

We will have a fully stocked concession stand and Judges’ Lounge for both Friday and Saturday. BUY FROM OUR CONCESSIONS!!

Extemp draw will be in the Auditorium along with awards – food and drink (except bottled water) is not permitted in our auditorium. Please eat beforehand and dispose of all food and drink before entering the theater or leave it in the lobby.

Friday

Registration will start at 1:00 through the Auditorium Entrance. You'll check in at the table then wait in the auditorium until 4:00. There will be limited parking by the auditorium until school releases at 4:00, but once it does it will be open parking. There will be open spots down by the football field, but it is a long walk.

Buses can park in the reserved bus parking areas East of the F/A and in the two lots along Pine Oak Street, East of the Stadium. Arrivals between 2:30 pm and 3:15 pm might want to plan on a difficult arrival as that is when the campus is most gridlocked at day's end.

Debate will start at 4:15. The nexts rounds will be at 6:00 and 7:45.

Saturday

Registration will begin at 8:00 upon arrival, and draw will begin at 8:30 in the auditorium. All other rounds will begin at 9:00. Judges should be ON CAMPUS by 8:45 a.m. and report directly to their rounds. All buses and teams can be dropped off in the Gym Entrance and cars can park wherever (open parking).

Awards will (hopefully) begin at 3:30 and be hosted in the auditorium.
