Greetings everyone,

We are excited to welcome you to the Bobcat Bonanza Swing Tournament hosted by San Angelo Central! We hope to bring you a great weekend of competition and learning for your students in the year 2021! We are ecstatic to offer a swing this year! The Central side will be considered Blue while the Central Freshman side will be referred to as Orange.

We will offer the following Asynchronous events: DI, HI, POI, Duet, Duo, INFO, OO, Prose and Poetry. Each competitor can enter in BOTH SIDES of the tournament on these events!! Links to IEs should be entered in tabroom by Tuesday, January 19 at 8:00 PM. 

We will offer the following Synchronous Events on BOTH SIDES of the tournament as well: Congressional Debate, DX, and FX. Due to scheduling and wanting to run the tournament as smoothly as possible, students are NOT allowed to Cross Enter in synchronous events on the same side of the tournament (this includes CX, LD, and PF). 

We will offer the following Synchronous Events for ONE SIDE of the tournament: LD, PF, and CX. We are hoping to offer 3 prelims and break to Quarters depending on the number of entries.

Regarding judges, we've decided not to assign fees for judging. We know many budgets are precarious right now; but PLEASE do your best to cover your entries. We are trying to recruit volunteer judges but there's no way we will be able to make this work without your commitment to help. Therefore, I thank you in advance for us all working together to make this the best tournament possible for all of our awesome kids!!
