Event Description:
Dramatic Interpretation is a memorized performance event using a published play, short story, or other dramatic work. Performances are up to 10 minutes (with a 30-second grace period).
Memorization is required. Reader cards, scripts, or manuscripts are NOT permitted. Competitors may portray one or multiple characters using voice, facial expression, and controlled movement. No props, costumes, or visual aids are allowed. An original introduction may be included and must identify the title and author.
