Event Description:
Description: Traditionally known as Extemp Commentary where students are presented with prompts around a theme each round, Students take the prompt and with 20 minutes of preparation time, prepare a five-minute speech responding to the prompt. Students may use the internet during preparation. Students may use a note card in their delivery of the speech. The students should be seated for their presentation.
Time Limit: 5 minutes, 30 second grace period
Submission Instructions: Students record 2 speeches and upload through the Upload System
