Novice Extemp

Event Description:

In order provided by the tournament, students will draw three questions at their designated time, pick one question and spend the rest of their time researching and preparing a speech.

Students should be in their room at the time indicated, that means they need to be leaving the prep room prior to their speaking time.

Internet access is allowed.

Speeches are 7 minutes, prep is 30.
