Novice Impromptu

Event Description:

Students can show up anytime within the round time to draw their impromptu topic.

Each student will draw three topics, choose one, and after they choose their topic their prep time begins. They may break up their 6 minutes into prep time and speech time how they see fit. They can prep for one minute and speak for five, they can prep for three and speak for three.
