Event Description:

Parliamentary is a form of limited prep debate. Opposing teams are given three potential topics  to choose from before the round starts. Each team eliminates one topic, and the remaining  topic is debated. Teams are given 15 minutes to prepare cases, and debates last about 40  minutes.
