Event Description:
Students are presented with a choice of three questions related to current events in the US and the world. In 30 minutes, they must then prepare a speech answering the selected question. Students may use the internet during preparation for research. The speech is delivered from memory - no notes are permitted.
Speech time should be 5-7 minutes long.
