Policy Debate- To ensure a high quality pool, we may limit the number of entries per school and may place a cap on the total number of teams. The standard format will be used with 8 minutes of prep.*Note- there is no double entry between debate and speech or student congress categories**Note- oral critiques and disclosures are encouraged within reasonable time frames for all debate events.
