Event Description:

Extemporaneous Speaking: 30 minutes preparation time with a time limit of 7 minutes per speech. Topics will be drawn from current events from June 1, 2006 onward and areas will be announced on our website. The speech should answer the question directly through analysis and multiple sources. A 3 by 5 note card will be permitted. The final round will include a cross-examination period.
