Event Description:

Oratorical Declamation- This event is available to 9th and 10th grade students only. The orator should deliver a memorized oration of a person other than him or herself, with an introduction of not more than one minute. This competitor should accurately interpret the meaning of the oration. There is a maximum time limit of 10 minutes.
