Congress Information

Congress will use NSDA rules and ballots. Students in Congress may not enter any Flight B speech events. 

Remember, for every six Congress entries, or fraction thereof, you are required to designate one of your Speech judges as a Congress judge. To designate a Congress judge, type "Congress" in the judge's notes field. Failure to do so by the registration deadline will result in $35 per missing judge. Only Speech judges may be designated as a Congress judge.

Concerning Legislation:

*Please send legislation to ryan.brown@rowan.kyschools.us by Tuesday, January 2, Wednesday, January 3, at 3:30pm as an attachment in MS Word format. This deadline is firm.

*Please indicate in your email which piece of legislation from your team you would like to be used for supers, should it be held. 

*The full legislation packet will be made available on the tournament's Tabroom.com webpage at 5:00pm on the same day legislation is due.

NOTE - The date of legislation submission has been changed to Wednesday to accommodate schools who do not come back from winter break until later that week.
