Friday Schedule

Registration - 2:00-2:30
Opening Assembly - 2:30
Round 1 - 3:30
Round 2 - 5:15
Round 3 - 7:30

Saturday Schedule

Round 4 - 8:00
Round 5 - 10:00
Round 6 - 12:00
Round 7 - 2:00
Round 8 - 4:00

Judge Quota

Schools are required to recruit their share of the judge pool; East Kansas does not have a host quota. You may over-recruit to help cover others' entries.

Friday judges (rounds 1-3)

1 entry = 3 judges
2 entries = 5 judges
3 entries = 6 judges
4 entries = 7 judges

Saturday judges (rounds 4-8)

In rounds 4-6, you need 1 judge per entry.
In rounds 7-8, you need 1 judge per 2 entries.

All judges who sign up are obligated NO MATTER WHEN your teams are eliminated. You are encouraged to rotate different folks through the judge pool and bring clean judges for Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon if you are able to do so.
