Novice Policy Debate

This year at Borah Novice we will be restricting novice students to the evidence found in the Novice Files.  The files contain case affirmatives, case negatives, on case disadvantages, off-case Disadvantages, and a topicality file.  Please note that students should only use the evidence that is found within these files.  Students may re-cut evidence but should be able to show where it came from within the files themselves.  The topicality file has interpretations and an example shell but students should construct their own topicality shells.
