There will be TWO divisions (Novice and Open) offered at the City Championship tournament for Public Forum and Parliamentary debate,

There will be ONE Open division offered at the City Championship tournament for Congressional Debate, Open. Any student may enter into this division.

Entry Limits

· Each school can send up to two (2) teams per division in Public Forum and two (2) in Parliamentary debate.

· Each school can send up to four (4) students in Congressional Debate.
