Policy Case Limits

Policy Debate at FGCCFL Novice will use the NSDA Novice Case Limits:

• Basic Income: Universal Basic Income
• Basic Income: Basic Income for Persons at or near the Poverty Level
• Federal Jobs Guarantee: Green New Deal
• Social Security: Medicare for All

Teams on the affirmative will be expected to run one of these plans; teams on the negative should be prepared to answer all of them. Whether a particular plan satisfies the case limits is a question to be decided in the round.
