Speech events will follow CHSSA rules.

Novice LD

Resolution: The United States ought to guarantee the right to housing.

4 minutes of prep time per debater.

Computers are allowed in round, but Internet may not be accessed.

Novice Parli

The topic committee comprised of the #1 ranked parliamentary debate team in the country, Spencer Dembner and Lilly Hackworh, and the CFL Vice President of Topics, Sierra Maciorowski.

Round 1 topic area will be 'US trade policy.'

Rounds 2 and 3 will not have pre-announced topic areas.

Computers and Internet are allowed during prep time, but not in round.  

Competitors may only prep with their partner. No team or coach prep is permitted.

Novice PF

Resolution: The United States should no longer pressure Israel to work toward a two-state solution.
