Fees/Deadlines

All entries will start off on the waitlist and will manually be taken off the waitlist by the tournament.

School Fee

Entry Fee

OO, HI, DI: $20 per entry

Duo, LD: $30/entry

Parli, PF: $40/entry

Some of this money will go toward providing free food at the tournament to all coaches, judges, and competitors.

Refunds

Entries are eligible for a full refund if they are dropped by 3/10. No refunds after 3/10.

Nuisance Fines

$10/entry additional drop fine for dropping after 3/15

$10/entry no-show fine for missing two or more rounds

$40 fine for late payment.

Payment

Please make all checks payable to EVHS Speech and Debate.

In the 'Memo' section, please write "Novite - [Your School Name]."

Mail the checks to 3300 Quimby Road, San Jose, CA, 95148.

All entry/judge fees should be received (NOT postmarked) by 3/20.

Nuisance fines can be paid during on-campus registration on 3/24. If your check cannot arrive by mail by 3/20, please do not mail it, and instead bring it to the on-site registration (the late payment fine would apply).
