Protest Form

NMSDA State Championship Protest Form

Only a coach may fill out a protest form. We will not entertain protests from students unless the coach has filled out the form.

Please note that we use NSDA Rules for All Events.
When filling out a protest, you must indicate which rule you believe has been violated.

Please note that the NMSDA will follow the procedures regarding protests outlined in the NSDA High School Unified Manual.
