PAY ONLINE: We strongly encourage you to pay online instead of mailing a check. You can pay online any time at Square.CHSSA.org OR you can email our Treasurer and she can send over an invoice you can digitally pay with one click.

PAYMENTS | This year all payments are going directly to our Treasurer and not your Area Chair. Please make sure that all physical payments are sent to the address on the invoice only and please make sure they are sent with tracking. If you need an updated W9 for your finance folks, you can find it at the link directly above.

** PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A NEW MAILING ADDRESS FOR STATE 2024. You likely need to submit the updated W9 to your finance office. Please take a moment to verify that your finance office has our correct mailing address in their system. We cannot process any payments sent to old addresses and can't guarantee we will receive them. 

Please note that there will be absolutely no exceptions made for late payments or paperwork this year. All physical payments (ie: actual checks) must be sent with tracking. If you send a check without tracking and it gets eaten by the mail system, it’s late and you will forfeit your spots to State– but if you send it with tracking and it gets eaten, then we have proof of that and can work with you.

If you know your finance office or district takes a while to cut you a check and fear you may miss the deadline, then please reach out to our Treasurer early (even before your Quals ends!) and she can help you get ahead of the paperwork. Her email is Treasurer@chssa.org.

JUDGE BOND | After a vote by the CHSSA board on August 20, 2023, two key changes now apply to the judge bond:

* The judge bond has been raised to $150 per school

* All judge bonds will automatically rollover to cover your school’s 2024-2025 CHSSA Membership Dues unless you fill out the Refund Request Form from Tabroom and upload it back in through Tabroom.
