Judging Instructions

All judges will need to have some type of device that can connect to the internet and that they can type on.  This can be either an tablet, phone, or laptop.  All judges will need to go to tabroom.com and create an account for themeselves so that they will be able to access their ballots.  Once they have signed up they can click on live updates and follow themselves.  It will send them a text message everytime they have a round.

Once the tournament has started there will be a tab for judging.  Judges will see their rounds pop up and they will be able to click on the start round option.  We will have a judges meeting at the beginning of the tournament to discuss these rules a nd get every one logged in and signed up.  We will do our best to have judging assignments set for I.E. judges and will present a dance card (judging assignments) for I.E. judges for the entire tournament.
