University of Kentucky TOC Bid Information

This year, Melissa High School is excited and privileged to say that we will be hosting a TOC bid tournament, sponsored by the University of Kentucky! As such, so you do not have to go to their website, we will be a tier one bid tournament for congress.

To be fully qualified in congress, a participant needs TWO bids. Please see the TOC's website for more information.
