Hotel Information

Dear Galentine Participant,

We are pleased that for the first time, the Galentine is offering a reserved block of hotel rooms at Hotel Deca, just steps off the UW campus 4507 Brooklyn Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105. This is within a 10 minute walk of the competition area on campus. The hotel rooms are an amazing $99.00 + taxes/fees for a Deluxe double queen room in a great hotel. If you know Seattle and you know the U-district, you know that’s an incredible price at a fantastic hotel...just go check out their website and normal prices!

However, our block is very limited and competition for it is tight. So please make your reservation ASAP. If this location is full, we may be able to expand block. If that’s not possible, I’ve included a list of alternative hotels in the area at the bottom of this letter.

If you are using the hotel block, you need to reserve from 12/1-12/4.

GALENTINE HOTEL BLOCK INSTRUCTIONS

Reservations are to be made by each individual calling the hotel directly at 1.800.899.0251 between the hours of 8a.m. – 7p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. – 4p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, or by faxing reservations to 1.206.545.2103, or emailing requests to reservations@hoteldeca.com.  To guarantee rate and room type, please ensure the name of the group, arrival date, and any other information needed is given at the time of reservation.
