POLICY DEBATE SCHEDULE

Policy Debate Schedule for State Qualifying Tournament

*Coaches, Debaters, and Judges should arrive no later than7:45am.

*All judges need to know how to login to their own tabroom.com accounts to access their online ballots.

*Schools that do not have the required number of judges entered on Friday will be required to reduce their entry to comply with the number of judges they actually have. The same will be true on Saturday morning.

*No verbal disclosure. Type up all comments on your Tabroom ballot. We have a tight turnaround between debates, so please promptly go to your next debate, especially in Round 2 and Round 4.

*Pairings will be released 20 minutes prior to the debate.

Judging Instructions 8am

Pairings Released 8:10am

Round 1 8:30am - 10:30am

Round 2 10:45am - 12:45pm

Lunch 12:45pm - 1:15pm

Round 3 1:15pm-3:15pm

Round 4 3:45pm - 5:45pm

Elimination Round (if necessary) 6:15pm-8:15pm

*All judges are obligated for the elimination round, even if the debater they came with does not advance to the elimination round.
