Bargain Belt Invitational

2022 — Claremont, CA/US

Who should I contact to solve my problem?

If you have general questions about the tournament, please visit the tournament homepage on Tabroom,  http://bargainbelt.tabroom.com/ which holds a wealth of information. That's where this information is found.

If you are  missing a judge or competitor five minutes after the round should have started, please contact the helpline email ASAP. The helpline email is claremontwolfpacktournaments@gmail.com. Please include your name, your role, the room you are in, the event in that room, and what we can do to help you. If you are reporting missing people, whether judges or students, please specify who is missing. The more accurate the information you provide, the faster we can help you. To help make the process more streamlined, only one person from each room should email. Students, please make sure you check to see if you are flight one or two, as this is the most prevalent reason for unnecessary panic at tournaments.

Students, judges, and parents - many of your issues should be addressed to your coaches so they can make the decisions that are best for the entire program. Seemingly small things can make a large impact, and we need the coach from your team to take care of those things.

If you have drops, adds, or protests, please visit Ms. Rachel Wear in Tab, which is located in the 800 Teacher’s Workroom. The only people that should be bringing these issues to Tab are coaches or the parents responsible for their team that day. Anyone else should take those issues to their coach, who will decide if the circumstances warrant a visit to Tab. Please remember that Tab is a masked area.

If you have any equity concerns, please take them directly to Mr. Dave Chamberlain, who is usually found in the Library/Judge’s Room. If he isn’t there, they will track him down and have him return to address your issue promptly. If you are a student, it is advisable to come with your coach, whenever possible.
