Bargain Belt Parli Rules are:

All Parli topics and announcements will be on this document. We will give a minimum of ten minutes between pairings and topic announcements. You are not required to be in a prep room. You may prep with your squad aka fellow competitors on your team, but you may not receive assistance from any coaches, parents, or anyone else who is not competing at the tournament. Please be honorable regarding this stipulation. The same topic will be used for both Novice and Open divisions.
