Online / In-Person

Obviously things can always change as we get closer one way or another. But the plan is: 

Debate will be both In Person and Online. Within each, there will be one single division, coaches will be able to declare those students eligible for novice or junior varsity breakout elims. Elims will be according to coach declarations (no promotions). There will be cross-over debates between in-person and online.

Speech will be In Person.  No online entries will be permitted.
