CONGRESS SEMI BREAKS

Congress Breaks. The top 32 speakers advance. There was a tie for the 32nd spot with a cume of 17 that was broken by greatest number of 1's, 2's, 3's etc. There was no change in the 4 PO's that advance. Semi 1 will start immediately following R3 of IEs. Tabroom will be updated shortly with more details.

All congress competitors should report to Congress Semis by 1pm or immediately following their 3rd prelim round in IEs.

Congress Semi Round 2 will begin immediately following IE Semis.
